    We came to purchase building material as well as get account details so we can send money for the cement. to our surprise the customer service from the 2 young front desk ladies is utterly terrible. They were not interested, no eye contact, they didnt even offer to help us find what we were looking for they just pointed and said "go check prices yourselves and come back". Thank God we were saved by a light skinned young man who even asked them why didnt they help us with navigating from isle from isle since its our first time in the warehouse from Gauteng. I personally deal with customers in the Bearing manufacturing industry and I have never made any customer/client feel so un welcome. wow! wow! so disappointing. Buildrite is a great store with affordable pricing on building materials. their pricing is way better than Makro and builders warehouse so competitive in the market. Sadly some of the staff at Osizweni branch are a bad representation of the store. very sad!!
